Day 1: Arrive Kerikeri

Kia Ora and welcome to New Zealand!  Over your next 11 days you will play two of the top golf courses in the world and at the same time experience some fantastic scenery, food and people that are New Zealand!

On arrival to New Zealand please collect your domestic flight to Kerikeri (not included in quotation)

On arrival to Kerikeri Airport collect your rental car from the Budget rental car desk and make your way to your accommodation in Paihia.

Day 2: Golf - Kauri Cliffs

Today experience one of New Zealand’s most spectacular golf courses, Kauri Cliffs.

Kauri Cliffs

Kauri Cliffs was designed and built by David Harman of Golf Course Consultants, Orlando, Florida. The par 72 championship golf course measures 7,119 yards/ 6,510 metres and offers five sets of tees to challenge every skill level. Fifteen holes view the Pacific Ocean, six of which are played alongside cliffs which plunge to the sea. The beautiful inland holes wind through marsh, forest and farmland. The golf complex includes a world-class practice range, putting and chipping greens, a well stocked golf shop, and ladies’ and mens’ locker rooms. Callaway ladies’ and mens’ rental clubs are available.

Following your day at Kauri Cliffs please return to your accommodation in Paihia.

Day 3: Paihia / Auckland (approx 236km)

Depart Paihia and travel south through Whangarei, Wellsford and Warkworth before arriving at New Zealand’s largest city, Auckland.

Day 4: Auckland

Today is at your leisure to explore Auckland and its surrounding suburbs.

Optional Golf:

Gulf Harbour Country Club: Spectacular finishing holes, ocean views, rolling terrain and classic, traditional values. All combine to make the Gulf Harbour Country Club one of the most exciting new developments in New Zealand. This 6,400 metre, par 72 golf course is located at Gulf Harbour on the Whangaparaoa Peninsula, just north of Auckland. It meanders through native grasses and vegetation and has a natural look and feel from start to finish. Four sets of tees assure playability for every calibre of golfer, from beginners to professionals. Like all great courses, Gulf Harbour tantalises players with a variety of exciting holes. Several feature risk and reward opportunities, and none are tricked-up or artificial.

Titirangi Golf Club: You are welcome to enjoy the splendour of one of golf's greatest challenges only 20 minutes from downtown Auckland, NZ. Recent course updates and the subtle cunning of one of the great masters of golf design - Dr. Alister MacKenzie - provide interest, variety and a true golfer's test at his only New Zealand masterpiece - The Titirangi Golf Club. Reminiscent of another of his famous designs - Augusta - with the 'Amen Corner' at 12,13 & 14 - this is a memorable walk among tall exotics, native New Zealand Bush and undulating landscapes.

Day 5: Auckland / Napier (approx 421km)

Today please make your way south to Napier.   Travel through Hamilton, Tokoroa and Taupo before arriving at your destination.

Day 6: Golf - Cape Kidnappers

Today please make your way to Cape Kidnappers.

Cape Kidnappers:
Designed by legendary golf architect Tom Doak, the par 71 golf course measures 7,119 yards (6,510 meters) and will challenge golfers of all skill levels.  Completed in 2004, Cape Kidnappers has been hailed as one of the great modern marvels in golf and is currently ranked the 41st best golf course in the world by Golf Magazine.

Following your challenging round of golf enjoy the remainder of the day exploring the Hawkes Bay.  A visit to a few of the numerous world renowned vineyards is a must!

Day 7: Napier / Queenstown (Domestic Flight)

This morning please make your way to Napier Airport for your domestic flight to Queenstown.

Please return your rental car to Napier Airport before checking in for your flight to the ‘Adventure Capital of the World’, Queenstown (flight not included in quotation).  On arrival to Queenstown collect your new vehicle before making your way to your accommodation.

Day 8: Golf - Jack's Point

Today please make your way to one of New Zealand’s newest International Golf Courses, Jack’s Point.

With a backdrop of 2300 vertical metres of the razorback Remarkables mountain range and am armchair view of an outstanding lake and mountain panorama, Jack’s Point Golf Course is not only one of the most spectacular in the world, but as an 18 hole 72 championship course it offers golfers of any calibre a challenging and unforgettable experience.

The course works with nature, not against it.  Designed with minimal excavation the course measures 6338 metres (6986 yards) from the championship tees and is build on the most spectacular of Jack’s Point terrain, weaving through tussock grasslands, dramatic rock outcrops, steep bluffs and swathes of native bush to the edge of Lake Wakatipu.

Day 9: Queenstown - Christchurch (approx 486km)

Today travel  to Christchurch, the Garden City.  Christchurch is the largest of the South Island cities with Grand architecture, historic homesteads and immaculate parks. Visit the town square, explore the cathedral or enjoy a punt along the Avon river.

Day 10: Golf - Terrace Downs

Today please make your way to Methven and the Rakaia Gorge.  Terrace Downs is today’s golfing challenge.

Day 11: Depart Christchurch

Today return your rental car to Christchurch Airport before checking in for your departure flight.
