Huka LodgeHuka Lodge is a world-renowned luxury retreat situated within seven hectares of park-like grounds, 300m upstream from the famous Huka Falls. It has just twenty guest suites, tucked along the riverbank for privacy and nestled amongst the trees.
The main Lodge building has an understated elegance and is a welcoming haven where guests can relax during the day in the study or library, and gather in the evening warmed by blazing fires for pre-dinner cocktails.
Huka Lodge cuisine is outstanding and showcases the best of New Zealand’s food and wine. Each individual dish is a wonderful combination of flavour, colour, texture and taste. The dining options at Huka Lodge are unlimited. Wherever the mood takes you - to the Terrace or the Library, the Trophy Room, the Wine Cellar, the riverbank or garden - an elegant setting will be arranged for large groups or for more intimate meals.
The Trophy Room has been specially created for small conferences and business meetings, or for private gatherings such as cocktails or receptions. The room is located under the eaves of the main Lodge building and has unrivalled views of the river and grounds.
