I would just like to let you know that your employee Anna McKenzie was my 'trip advisor' when I was arranging my holiday in New Zealand.  Melody’s service was impeccable so I am passing on this compliment to you.

My holiday in New Zealand was very short (one week at the start of June) and I was very ambitious with regards to what I wanted to see and do in the South Island [and a bit the north island] in terms of both activities (kayaking, ice climbing, heli hikes, hiking [or tramping as I learnt is the term in NZ], train trips, site seeing to Rotorua and glow worms, and boat trips etc…..) - this didn't phase Melody at all and she organised everything.  During the preparatory stage when I was in email contact with Melody, I changed my mind and/ or wanted the itinerary and schedule changed several times……. this was no problem for Melody.  During the actual trip, my schedule changed slightly due to weather conditions – this was also fine with Melody.  Post trip I requested a refund from one of the pre-arranged accommodations (that I didn't use due to the schedule change referred to above) – again Melody communicated and processed this promptly.

All of Meloday's communication via email was professional, and with such a lovely / fun email communication style.  She is really a valuable employee for Newzealand Holidays, and from what I can tell (through cyberspace communications) a great professional, personable person.

Also, ALL the various companies that Melody booked me with (I forget all the names) – Real Journies for trip to Milford Sound, Roscoes Kayaking, the Hangliding company, heli hikes, and even the bus journeys [with the commentary provided by guides] were FABULOUS!!!  I learnt loads during the week, met some great people, enjoyed the adventures, and had a blast.

Thanks so much Melody for your high level of such professional and personable service.  I have already recommended the company to many friends.
